That world is called THEOSOM.
It is said you can get to Theosom by following the path of the moon eastward across the ocean. It will be a long, dark journey, only truly navigable during the light of the moon at its fullest, the curtain between worlds only penetrable when the tides are high, and the liquids that separate us pulled taught and thin.
Ancient groves of Trembling Aspen trees are sacred gateways to the great beyond. Though their roots are firmly embedded in the soils of this world, their branches and threads of mycelium reach out to soulmates on the other side, weaving the delicate fabric that both separates and holds our worlds together.
